Cancellation Policy

If you have second thoughts or change your mind and want to cancel your order after making payments to us, then don’t worry you may cancel your order within 24 hours and get a refund after deduction of Bank charges, Fees & Taxes.
 

•  Refund Amount: If the intimation for cancellation is received by us any time within 24 hours from the time you place your order and make payments. We will request you to send us an email at parul@paldzigns.com mentioning the Order number, your name, and Bank Details. We will deduct Bank Charges and Payment gateway charged to us on your Transaction which can not be refunded. 
• Paypal Refunds: If the intimation for cancellation is received by us any time within 24 hours from the time you place your order or later and make payments. We will request you send us an email at paldzigns.payments@gmail.com mentioning the Order number, and your name. We will deduct Paypal Fees Charges and Currency Conversion charged to us on your Transaction which can not be refunded. 
• CCAvenue Refunds:If the intimation for cancellation is received by us any time within 24 hours from the time you place your order and make payments. We will request you to send us an email at parul@paldzigns.com mentioning the Order number, your name, and Bank Details. We will deduct Bank Charges and Payment gateway charged to us on your Transaction which can not be refunded. 

• After completion of 24 hours from the time you place your order and make payments, we reserve the right to cancel the order or any specific item ordered. After examining the situation and circumstances cancellation may be possible subject to certain deductions from the refund. For more information kindly contact parul@paldzigns.com

Note: In case of an order with multiple items, the cancellation can be processed for the complete order or partially as per the above cancellation policy and the refund shall be processed according to the value of items canceled. In case of partial cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded.

REFUND OF CANCELLED ORDER
 
The refund option is available only in case of cancellation of the order. The amount shall be refunded to the original payer (as the Bank Name should be on the Sender's name and Address). In case the Bank payment method is not available for a refund then the refund shall be done using another suitable method.
